Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will cover all costs associated with the return and replacement. Please email us at info@eightvelo.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Our team will provide instructions and ensure a quick resolution.
Change of Mind or Other Returns
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for reasons other than defect or damage, you may return the item within 30 days of delivery. In these cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
